Then we’ll go a little deeper with Alicia Joy, certified hypnotherapist, for an experiential session on dissolving triggers and learning practical tools to shift those moments when things get under your skin, push your buttons, or hijack your energy.
We’ll reflect, journal, learn, release, and then… back to the pool. No networking agenda. No pressure. No fixing yourself. Just a beautiful afternoon, good women, useful tools, and a chance to leave a little lighter.
