Our comprehensive tour packages feature curated itineraries, transportation in our comfortable adventure van, a knowledgeable experience host, reservations at top-rated locations and wineries, idyllic scenic spots, group photos, and onboard snacks and beverages. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

For wine tasting experiences and Oregon Coast day trips: cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund or future travel credit (less processing fees). Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 40% refund or future travel credit. All sales are final within 48 hours of the tour date.

Special Events: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a 100% refund or future travel credit (less processing fees). Cancellations made between 30 days and 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a 40% refund or future travel credit. All sales are final within 7 days of the event date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this 7-day window or for no-shows on the day of the event.
