For wine tasting experiences, cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund or future travel credit (less processing fees). Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 40% refund or future travel credit. All sales are final within 48 hours of the tour date. No refunds for cancellations thereafter or for day-of trip no shows.

For custom tours, cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund or future travel credit. All sales are final within 14 days of the tour date. Alternate location reservation fees will be deducted from the refund. No refunds for cancellations thereafter or for day-of trip no shows.
